With over 20 years of industry experience, Buffet Room Chef Greg Schneider specializes in international comfort food with a high-end twist. A graduate of Institute of Technology Culinary Arts, Chef Greg continuously delivers on creative flavor profiles while providing unsurpassed guest experience. Along with his team, Chef Greg is also credited for receiving the 2014 AAA Four Diamond Award with his culinary team. Chef Greg’s culinary knowledge is irreplaceable to the culinary department at Thunder Valley.
Since 2018, Thunder Cafe Sous Chef Robyn Gowan brings both talent and technique to the Thunder Valley team. Graduating in 2013 magna cum laude from Johnson and Wales University in Denver, Chef Robyn possesses the expert skill and ability to implement exemplary culinary vision. Specializing in creative menu development, Chef Robyn is instrumental in providing exceptional guest experience in our Buffet.
Executive Chef Rodrigo Baldini brings unparalleled experience to Thunder Valley. With over 20 years in the culinary industry, Chef Baldini has served in restaurants in Italy, South Korea, and New York. He is well versed in producing for large events, priding himself in not sacrificing quality for efficiency. Chef Baldini is adept in all aspects of the restaurant business, including creating new, seasonal menus that highlight his vast knowledge of the culinary arts.
Sous Chef Alyson Baptiste joined Thunder Valley in 2018, bringing with her more than 16 years of industry experience and a culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park. As a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, her passion for food from around the world grew as she embarked on her career in corporate dining. Chef Alyson plays a vital role on our culinary team.
